Reiki
Reiki is is a Japanese energetic technique that is beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is available for humans or animals, online or in-person.

Reiki for humans
Distance
Distance Reiki begins with a Zoom chat where we discuss your reasons for seeking Reiki and what you would like to target during the session. Then, after the Zoom chat, Stacey will do distance Reiki for you, using a surrogate. If your session is 45 minutes, then distance Reiki will be done for you the entire 45 minutes, minus the time spent on Zoom. Many people say that they prefer distance Reiki because they can receive it while in the comfort of their own home.
For returning clients, the Zoom portion of the session can be skipped, if you prefer.

Reiki for animals
Distance
Animals benefit from Reiki in the same way that humans do. Animals cannot speak with words so they communicate to us through their actions. Reiki with animals tends to be shorter, due to their preference and attention span. Like with Distance Reiki for humans, your pet’s session will begin with a Zoom call to discuss concerns and targets. Then, the entire session will be spent doing Reiki for your pet, using a surrogate.
In-person animal sessions are not available due to liability insurance restrictions.

As with Reiki for humans, all distance Reiki includes a follow up email with any information about what Stacey notices, including intuitive impressions. If you have added Soul Level Communication, that information will also be provided via email.
Reiki for Humans
In person
Due to Stacey’s busy schedule and some services not being available via distance, only limited in-person Reiki sessions are available. Please contact us if you are only interested in in-person sessions.

As with other Reiki sessions, the session time includes discussion at the beginning about your reasons for seeking Reiki and what you would like to target during the session. At the end of the session, what Stacey notices, including intuitive impressions, will be discussed.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
QHHT is a safe and effective way to access memories of experiences from past lives that negatively impact your life today. Developed by Dolores Cannon over decades of experience practicing hypnosis, QHHT is quicker and more effective than traditional hypnotherapy. Learn more about QHHT.

in-person only
Quantum Healing Hypnosis must be done in-person, due to the potential danger of hypnotizing someone when the hypnotherapist is not present there with them. QHHT takes a minimum of 4 hours. A session begins with an interview portion where Stacey will get to know you and learn more about your present life and the people in it. Then, in the hypnosis portion of the session you will be taken to a past life or past situation in your present life that can provide relevant information about the situation you want to address.
If clients feel that their issue(s) are not resolved with QHHT alone, past life healing coaching sessions are available.
- QHHT session, 4 hours minimum, $500
- Bundle – 1 QHHT session, 4 hours minimum, plus 3 past life healing coaching sessions*, 55min each. $700 ($175 savings.)
All QHHT sessions include an unedited recording of the hypnosis portion of your session, minus the induction (the part where you are actually hypnotized.) This will be sent to you after the session, within 1 day.
For QHHT sessions, $250 is payable at the time you schedule the appointment with the $250 balance due to the day of the appointment. Arrangements may be available for those who need to break this into more than 2 payments, please contact us to discuss.

* Past life healing coaching sessions are done online via Zoom. That way, if f you are not in the central Mississippi area, you only have to come in person for the initial QHHT session.
Past Life Healing (Coaching)
For clients who have had QHHT with Stacey or with another practitioner, who feel that they need additional support.
Past life Healing

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is intended to heal anything related to your past life trauma in one session. However, there are a number of reasons that a client may feel that they want to have additional coaching sessions after QHHT.
This could be to talk about what you saw in your past life because you don’t have anyone else to talk to about it; to discuss the experience with The Subconscious and answers to your questions; to process trauma that lingers from the past life or your experience seeing the past life; or anything else related to past life experiences.
These sessions are open to those who have done QHHT or other past life regression with a practitioner other than Stacey.

- Multi-session Coaching Bundle – pre-pay for 4 coaching sessions at a discount, $400 ($100 savings.)

Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching
Holistic means whole. Wellness is the state of being in good health. Holistic Wellness is everything: your whole body, mind, and spirit, being in good health. Learn more about Wellness coaching.
Wellness Coaching

Coaching helps you identify areas in your life where you want to enhance your well being, and then addresses those things. Goals for Holistic Health & Wellness coaching can include: movement, nutrition, friendships & relationships, self-esteem, spiritual growth & connection, pretty much any goal that you have, coaching can help. If you’re not sure what your goals are yet, that is okay too!
Body-neutral coaching takes a health at every size (HAES) approach that says all bodies can be healthy and wellness has no specific body size or shape. Weight loss is probably the only goal that is not appropriate for body-neutral wellness coaching. However, if you’d like to learn to love your body without changing it, body-neutral wellness coaching can definitely help with that!
- Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching Sessions, 55min-1hr, $125.
- Multi-session Coaching Bundle – pre-pay for 4 coaching sessions at a discount, $400 ($100 savings.)
- Walk & Talk Coaching* – in-person coaching sessions out of the office where we take a walk. If more movement is your goal, this is a great first start. 55min-1hr $125.
- Supported Shopping* – in-person trip to the grocery store where Stacey helps you learn to read & understand nutrition labels and gives you experiential learning as you do your usual shopping. 1hr-2hrs, $200.
* Walk & Talk and Supported Shopping are available in the central Mississippi area only. However if you have a treadmill or walking pad, we can absolutely do an online session that way!
Additional details
Payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, or Paypal. There is no additional charge for using credit or debit cards. A card must be put on file for Coaching or Reiki. Due to QHHT requiring an entire day be set aside for your appointment, your first payment must be made at the time of booking.
Coaching, Reiki, and QHHT are not covered by insurance and are not considered medical expenses so these services are not HSA or FSA eligible unfortunately.
Rescheduling is available 24 hours or longer prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee. QHHT deposit is non-refundable but clients may reschedule for any available appointment.
